Seasons Holidays is a UK company that began in the late 1990’s and has progressed into one of Europe’s leading holiday ownership developers, with 6 British resorts and 3 European destinations.
Over 23,000 British families are now members with Seasons holidays, representing more than 70,000 people for whom the company books holidays each year.
At every Seasons resort is a variety of magnificent self-catering accommodation with up to three bedrooms. Seasons Holidays is a multi-destination holiday club, where the members jointly own villas, cottages and apartments in the 9 destinations.
Seasons is the only holiday ownership company in the world to own resorts in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland and members also enjoy holidays in the appealing ‘sunshine’ settings of the Algarve, Costa del Sol and Lanzarote.
Supplementing Seasons’ resort offerings through associated resort developers, members also have access to a further 80 affiliated destinations worldwide, from Australia to the USA and Hawaii, India, the Far East and the Caribbean.
Seasons Holidays plc is a long-term member of the industry’s governing body, Resort Development Organisation (RDO). Currently, Seasons’ Marketing Director Leslie McCann is on the board of the UK chapter – the Timeshare Council.
While some holiday ownership developers have chosen to use the services of offshore trustees, Seasons have taken a conscious decision to ensure that all of our operations are based in the UK.
This includes our finance company, HMC, our accountants, Mudd and Company of Billericay and our trustees Hutchinson & Co. Trust Company Limited - one of Europe’s largest specialist trust companies.
For our members’ protection, the trustees are accountable for holding all funds until the membership certificates are issued as well as calculating the numbers of weeks sold in order to prevent any given week from being sold more than once.
