Seasons staff raising funds for Brunston Castle's nearby Primary School
Here’s another heart-warming story about Seasons staff raising funds for local good causes. In this case, it was for Brunston Castle’s nearby village primary school. Resort Manager Norma Docherty tells the story:
‘Several of Brunston’s housekeepers and domestic assistants live in the village of Dailly, next to the resort. Some of them have children at the local primary school and know that they are trying to raise funds for two new TVs for the children. The school has been holding car boot sales, raffles and other fund-raising activities, but of course it all takes time. So several staff members at Brunston decided to dress up for Halloween to raise funds, as this picture shows. Visiting members looked amazed to see Laurel and Hardy, a variety of monsters, a surgeon, a mechanic and some pirates delivering linen or cleaning their cottages! All of our staff would like to thank everyone who donated a generous total of £67 towards school funds.’
