I am currently living/working in Afghanistan from where I recently phoned Seasons Holidays to book a holiday for my partner and I for my return in December. You can't possible imagine my concern calling from a war zone on a mobile phone, I wasn't very confident of a successful outcome, however once I eventually got connected and explained the situation your very efficient staff were amazing.

I was transfered from one department to the next with minimal delay and was able to arrange a week at Clowance Estate on my limited available dates. I was also able to arrange bookings with Interval International and on top of all that, I was told that 'as I was booking my red week I was entitled to 2 green weeks'. Less than a week later confirmation was received at my UK home address.

I would just like to thank all those concerned particularly Sarah-Jane for all their assistance, advice, patience & outstanding customer service in making what I am certain will be a most memorable holiday!
