As frequent visitors to Brunston Castle, Anne and I thought that nothing could beat the enjoyment of previous visits but we were wrong.

We arrived on Monday 9th November on a wet and miserable day but our spirits were soon raised by a visit from Beth. Not only was she very friendly and welcoming but appeared to know a lot about the area.

Following on from this we went to the resort office early on Tuesday morning to be greeted by Beth and given an extremely detailed and interesting presentation on items such as Dial and Exchange and Holiday Plus Unlimited. Beth then informed us that she had spoken, the previous evening, to friends of hers and as a result gave us great information on local sites pertaining to the Scottish Covenanters. This in turn allowed both of us to have a great and enjoyable time.

In addition to Beth's input we were very impressed with expanded range of information, which was available, both in the information pack and at the clubhouse. This enabled us to enjoy some of the many local walks that we knew nothing about and try more of the local pubs and restaurants.

If that was not enough the wet and miserable Monday was followed by tremendous weather over the next few days but not sure if this was down to Seasons.
